ORDERING
All products on Bear-Peak.com are in stock and available for order unless otherwise specified.

For all made-to-order products please allow 7 days for manufacturing.

SHIPPING
All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order. All packages are processed for shipping within one business day of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Bear-Peak offers exchanges or returns on any unworn product. Return must be mailed within ten business days of original delivery. In order to start the exchange or refund process, the clients can contact Bear-Peak via the CONTACT page stating the order number, reason for return, and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund. The customer will then receive an email with a return authorization number that must be sent back with the item(s) in question. Item(s) that do not match the Bear-Peak return policy will be not take into consideration and sent back to the client at their own cost.

Bear-Peak is dedicated to product quality and customer satisfaction. We offer full refunds on any defective product.
